All bookings must be made in advance. Full payment or agreed advance must be made before or at the start of the journey.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a refund. No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
We try our best to be punctual, but we are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unavoidable situations.
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be chargeable.
Pixel Path is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or any indirect damage during the trip.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
